I know you thought you were being nice, but if you ever, ever give my number out to anyone again, I'm going to be beyond pissed. I don't care that he's very nice, and I don't care that you think I need to get out more. I already said that I wasn't interested in meeting this guy. All you have succeeded in doing is pissing me off and causing me to hurt his feelings. If I decide to socialize more, it'll be by my choosing, not yours. If you describe the guy to me and I laugh in your face, you should take that as a hint. What you did was very disrespectful to me and to him. Don't fucking do that again.
