There was no Harry/Ginny. Harry came out of the closet and remained his pissed off self and Ginny went on to kick some major ass.
The Weasley twins are fine! Just fine!
Squall didn't smile at the end of FF8. That's...just creepy.
Sam Winchester didn't get sent to Hell with Lucifer and Michael and he had his fucking happily ever after.
As did Castiel/Dean.
Cloud was a bamf pre-burning!Nibelheim.
Rinoa left the Garden to resume rebelling and Squall and Seifer hooked up (with equal amounts of sex and bloodshed).
Sheik is his own person.
Link and Zelda are related (which I think is hinted in OoT?).
Any Rinoa/Squall hook-up is Rinoa's magic unwittingly at work, probably due to the Knight thing.
Tifa had a crush on Aeris but was so deeply in the bi-closet even she didn't know it.
John Marcone has a crush on Harry Dresden.
