Cloud was a bamf pre-burning!Nibelheim.

Rinoa left the Garden to resume rebelling and Squall and Seifer hooked up (with equal amounts of sex and bloodshed).

Sheik is his own person.

Link and Zelda are related (which I think is hinted in OoT?).

Any Rinoa/Squall hook-up is Rinoa's magic unwittingly at work, probably due to the Knight thing.

Tifa had a crush on Aeris but was so deeply in the bi-closet even she didn't know it.

John Marcone has a crush on Harry Dresden.

Heehee! I love head-canon. :D I've got all sorts of my own, some which I use consistently, others situationally, but I love seeing what others use too!

I am replaying OoT, and I have figured out that Link might have been in with the Kokiri more than seven years. The Deku Sprout seems to hint that it was a long time ago that Link's mother entered the forest, perhaps as long as fifty to a hundred years. Which might make sense, as the Kokiri never grow up. As long as Link was in the forest, he would remain a child, and as soon as he left, he'd begin growing up again. So it's possible he and Zelda could be related, at least from the same family. Or, he could be the child of a previous ruler.Either way, it makes things more interesting.
Everything else you wrote? Yes x 100. Especially Cloud. Total bamf, but didn't ever realize it.

Marcone really does treat Harry different than just about anyone else. Still has to make the right motions re:intimidation and seemingly cutting him loose.

Someone should parallel this with that ep of Happy Days where Fonz is angsting about the need to punch Richie even though he'd demoted his girl before Richie actually kissed her.

Props if Harry catches on.

Zack is now Turks. So deep undercover that the current Turks aren't even sure where exactly he is. Except for Tseng cos Tseng knows all.

Squall...yeah, anything he has going on with Rinoa is all her magic. Including that smile. Unless maybe he was smiling at the thought of dropping her off the balcony after kissing her as distraction tactics.

I love bamf!Cloud. How can he grow up around so much natural Lifestream and not be bamf!?
