I have my laptop, my notebooks, and a pile of books (everything from my forensics for writers book to A Dictionary of Angels) on my table. I have coffee (and nommy juice). I am prepared to edit my novel.

So instead I am editing the music on my ipod.

I don't think I'm doing this right.

It has been decided. In order for men to have a better feeling of empathy for women, they should stick a pipe cleaner up their dick for several days out of the month. Slight food poisoning is optional and should be done only a doctor's supervision. A punch to the gut also works provided it's done at least twice over the course of two days.
